Why are most prices TBD?

We benchmarked against Relab, Archistar, PropertyValue, and we're calibrating final numbers with our partners. Final pricing announced soon — drop your email above and we'll notify.

What counts as "one report"?

One Auckland address = one full report. Re-running the same address within 7 days is free (we cache the data).

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly cancels at the end of the billing cycle. Annual prorated refund within first 30 days.

Do you cover outside Auckland?

Auckland-only for v1. Wellington + Christchurch on the roadmap if Auckland traction validates the model.
